Young Dolph is being sued by Akeisha Norris, who used to be a sergeant in the Army National Guard, for the sin of posting a video of her twerking in her uniform to his track "Major."

Norris, who says she was a friend of Dolph, posted the video -- which she took while on active duty in Kuwait -- for fun.  It was all good until Dolph reposted it on his social media to promote his album Role Model

Dolph's promo of the video led to her superiors seeing it.  They disciplined her, and that caused her to fall apart mentally and ultimately get dismissed from the National Guard.

Norris argues that Dolph posted her image without her consent for his financial gain and in doing so he gave her PTSD.

“[Norris] was called before her superior officers and disciplined, leading to a mental breakdown. As a result, she was sent back to the United States and dismissed from the military,” her lawyer Keith Altman explained.

She's suing for invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and is seeking compensatory damages for financial loss, damage to reputation, humiliation, mental anguish, and emotional distress and punitive damages on top of that.

No word from Dolph, who's been busy giving away Lambos, on the suit.
