It's not a secret that Kanye West and Young Thug have recorded music together. He's rumored to be on 'Ye's upcoming WAVES album, but it's much deeper than that. While on Sway In The Morning, Thug hinted at the two having more than a couple songs, but says he's not at liberty to speak on it because of a confidentially agreement.

Angie Martinez was able to get a little more information out of Young Thug (and Lyor Cohen who joined him). While alluding to that agreement again, Thug says that they have about 40 songs together. The number might be surprising, however it's not like these two did all the songs in a couple week period. "We've been working for like three years," Young Thug says.

Lyor then explains why it's vital for Kanye to work with someone like Thug.

"The way an artist of his stature stays relevant is trying to understand who's out here. Kanye is a genius, and he's constantly looking for other people who are prepared, who are risk takers. So perfect, call Thug."
