Young Thug's brother Unfoonk was among the YSLs to take a plea deal in Fulton County's  RICO case against his bro's label/gang.

He was able to walk out of jail with time served and ten years of probation.

The word is Thugger told him to take the deal because he didn't want his mom to have two sons locked up.

The deal came with some pretty specific stipulations.  Unfoonk couldn't talk to his brother and there was a whole list of gang-related words he couldn't say in his music.

But Unfoonk violated his probation in a much more general way when he got caught with a gun.

Yesterday, the judge ruled Unfoonk violated his probation and gave him the nine years and six months the prosecutors wanted.

We guess he stayed solid to his brother.
