While 17-year-old Bronny James has become blog fodder, the word is 15-year-old Bryce James is the LeBron spawn most likely to succeed in the NBA.

The 6-6 rising sophomore at Sierra Canyon high school has been wowing basketball fans with his summer league highlights.

This week, he snagged his first D-1 scholarship offer.

"Blessed to receive my first D1 offer from Duquense #goDukes," Bronny typed.

Duquesne head coach Keith Dambrot used to coach LeBron when he was a high school student at St. Vincent-St. Mary in Akron.

So while we doubt Bryce would end up at a mid-major like Duquesne, it's nice to see the James family give the program some publicity.
