2 Chainz Announces New LP, Says He's Not Making Anymore Trap Albums

Last month 2 Chainz said that his next project will be his last trap album, and now we know the name of the LP.

"This gone be my last trap album , enjoy," he tweeted in July.

The rapper gave the title of the new project on Sunday, August 1, after performing at NOS Events Center in California, which is part of the Hard Summer festival.

“I appreciate y’all. That’s my time,” said the rapper, who was trending last month because of his punchlines. “New album on the way, Dope Don’t Sell Itself."
