Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz will be dropping their album Welcome 2 ColleGrove on November 17. The project is a follow-up to 2016's ColleGrove, which only lists Chainz as the main artist.
He spoke about the new album with Apple Music's Zane Lowe and said working with Weezy made him feel anxious.
"I think me and him just have that chemistry," said 2 Chainz about Wayne. "We enjoy working with each other a lot, and it's a lot of respect there. And as I always say, steel sharpens steel ... So, it's always that little piece of anxiety of knowing that this verse has to be better than the last one. I think it's healthy. I think competition is healthy in any and everything that we do."
How excited are you for Welcome 2 ColleGrove on a scale of 1 to 10?
