40 Glocc Sues The Game For Not Paying Him For Beating

The Game and 40 Glocc notoriously fought on a Hollywood street in 2012.

40 claims The Game first threatened him with a gun. Then he alleges Game and his ten-man crew pummeled him, saying they would "end it" if he fought back. A video of the part of the beating where Game wails on Glocc became popular on the Internet.

Soon after, 40 Glocc sued Game for assault and battery. The case lasted until November of last year when 40 was awarded  $196,335.15.

But Game hasn't paid up.  So now Glocc is suing him again, this time for the settlement plus interest, for a total of $216,775.52. In the suit, he accuses Game of using shell companies to mask his real net worth.

Glocc has had a rough time since he won the initial settlement. 

In February he was arrested in a prostitution sting and this summer he was shot in the chest and the arm during a funeral.

So he could probably use the cash.
