Last year, 42 Dugg was arrested by the feds for failing to report to a West Virginia prison to serve a six-month sentence for gun possession as a felon.
Agents caught the rapper in a private jet he was taking back home to Detroit after watching an NBA playoff game in Memphis.
He tried to get out of his legal predicament by claiming he was a sovereign citizen and immune to the laws of the United States.
As you may have guessed that didn't work and Dugg has been living in a Federal pen since.
Now it looks like he's going to end up doing a lot more than his initial six-month sentence.
