50 Cent Attempt To Dismiss Billion Dollar Drug Dealer Lawsuit Denied

Corey “Ghost” Holland Sr., a former drug kingpin, claims 50 Cent and his TV production partner Courtney Kemp stole his life story for their hit show Power.

Holland says his relationship with Kemp and her father goes back to the 90s and alleges Kemp and 50 based hundreds of Power scenes on his experiences in the streets. 

So, in 2021, he sued Fif and Kemp for a billion dollars.

50 has been trying to get the lawsuit tossed.

Last week, Judge Analisa Torres rejected 50 Cent’s latest motion to dismiss.

Holland has updated the lawsuit since filing.  He's now also suing 50 for trying to have him killed.

According to Holland, 50 can do this because the Feds protect him.

[I] believe 50 Cent has some type of protection from the federal government, this has been mentioned by several people he has been involved with in VIOLENT situations,” Holland alleges. “Rather it’s his own Child’s Mother or Former Music Executives like Chris and Irv Gotti, of MURDER INC RECORDS, 50 Cent has the ability to do things everyday people can’t.”
