One of the big mysteries of the case against Tekashi 6ix9ine and the Nine Treys is why Jim Jones, who's on a wiretap advocating the "violation" of 6ix9ine, was never charged.

Folks like 50 Cent have suggested Jones is working with the Feds.

Snow Billy, a Tr3yway lieutenant who fell out with his gang over 6ix9ine, has accused Capo of being a snitch in a discussion with Infominds Timbo. [Jump to 26 minutes.]

"Jim already basically willing to collaborate on any ongoing or foregoing investigation if he's ever called upon," Billy explained.  "By having that, sh*t like this is nothing. "

Snow Billy than confirmed that Jones knew 6ix9ine snitched during his notorious sexual misconduct trial but was still willing to work with him.

"There's a lot of guys was still willing to work with him ... Everybody is blowing up on 6ix9ine because he did it on such a broad scale. But when he told on a low-level scale, everybody tried to look over it."

Tekashi 6ix9ine admitted under oath that he told Tr3way members Aaron "Bat" Young and Jamel "Mel Murda" Jones to take out Snow.

On January 19, 2018, Bat and Mel Murda caught him in Brooklyn and shot him in the head in the neck.  He survived his wounds.
