After getting some blowback for mocking a sick Rick Ross and a red carpet walking Tiffany Haddish earlier this week, 50 Cent promised his haters that he would never chill on Instagram.

Now he's going about proving that.

Last night, he treated his 17 million plus IG followers to a video of notorious Hip Hop groupie  Karrine "Super Head" Steffans explaining to Anthony The Ladies Man how G-Unit rapper Tony Yayo used to suck on her toes, shoes and all.
