50 Cent Won't Pay Lastonia Leviston; Trying To Drag Rick Ross Into The Case

When 50 Cent settled his bankruptcy last month, he agreed to pay Rick Ross's baby mama Lastonia Leviston$6 million -- most of what he had owed her -- for leaking her sex tape.

But so far Leivston hasn't been able to recover any of the money.

So she was back in Federal court this week to demand 50 cut the check.

At issue seems to be 50 Cent's attempt to drag Ross into his settlement with Leviston. Fif believes Ross is partially liable for the leaked tape, and should be responsible for some of the payout.

Leviston thought this was all resolved when 50 signed off on the bankruptcy settlement, and they both agreed to dismiss the sex tape case

Now it will again be up to a judge to decide.
