Anyone who works in the studio with Kanye West is going to hear a bunch of lectures.

That's what Chance The Rapper said during an interview with Teen Vogue. Of course, Chano worked on Ye's Life of Pablo album and helped pen a few songs.

"Twenty-five percent of [studio time] is productive ideas flowing, seventy-five percent is lectures from Kanye, where he tells you exactly how he views the world, just straight Kanye," said Chance. "Honestly, that definitely gets your creative and strong opinions out on the floor ... I think it helped find myself. I'm a young dude from Chicago who grew up with Kanye as my image of Hip Hop. Finding your voice in a room where you have to challenge Kanye is scary, but it's also life-affirming.
Chance also said that Ye likes to work on many songs at once.

"He's very big on multitasking," he explained. "We'll have a studio rented out, and he'll bounce between rooms, working on different songs ... He'll also put a bunch of people in a room that he thinks might have good ideas and try to see what they come up with?"
Here's a question: Why do people seem to be cool with Kanye using ghostwriters, since he's never really been blasted for it? You can read Chance's entire interview here.
