Anderson .Paak and Kendrick Lamar have technically worked together before. The two are featured on Dr. Dre's Compton album and appear on together 'Deep Water.' With a friendship that started through Dre, it's very possible we'll see them on each others' albums in the future.
"After my album Malibu came out, Kendrick called me up and he was just like, ‘Thank you bro, for giving me something to listen to,'" .Paak told Complex. "It felt really good to get that respect from him because he’s one of my favorites. So, you never know, I think there’s light…"Since Kendrick and Anderson are both on Aftermath Records, it's likely their paths will cross musically again. Watch the interview below.
