Baby Racks was signed to Gucci Mane's 1017 records ... for a day.

Gucci fired him in record time because he said he wouldn't go to Houston after Takeoff's death in the city.

Even though Baby Racks is no longer on 1017, he is still reaping the benefits from the track we did with Gucci, “Look Ma I Did It." So he's all good with Gucci.

"We got ten million streams.  We going global with that sh*t.  I might win a Grammy next year, I'm not joking," he said.  "I had a talk with Wop.  Everything good.  I got no problem with Gucci Mane, Gucci put me in front of millions of people.  I love Gucci.  Forever.  I'm 1017 forever.   With or without a deal. There ain't deleting YouTube ... The kids going to enjoy that song forever.  My lil cousin will see that he got a song with Gucci.  I don't pay attention to the negativity."
