Benzino Is Turning Himself In To The Police After Being Considered A Fugitive

Coi Leray's dad Benzino is turning himself in to the police on Monday, May 23, after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Last month, the 56-year-old was booked because he got into an altercation with his son's mother Althea Heart and her boyfriend. It's said that Benzino punched and kicked the boyfriend's truck, leaving a dent in it.

“I was kind of arguing with the guy she was with at the time,” Zino told AllHipHop. “Long story short, the case was like two years ago and somebody put that old video up and it got me kind of arguing with him.”

In another part of the conversation, Benzio said he was supposed to attend an online court meeting after his arrest but missed it because he had COVID-19. So, that's why an arrest warrant was issued.

“So, I have to turn myself in on Monday to the fugitive squad,”he explained.
