The Cash Money boss was recently hit with two federal tax liens -- one from December of 2014 and another from February of 2015 for a total $1,942,400.58. He tried his old trick of non-payment, and the government responded by telling him they were about to start taking his assets and property.

So Birdman promptly paid them the whole two mil.
