Biz Markie Dead At 57

Hip Hop lost a legend today...

A few weeks back, rumors swirled that Biz Markie had passed away, but they were put to rest once Biz's family clarified his current health and hospital situation.

Unfortunately, the news has resurfaced, and it appears this time, the news is real.

TMZ is reporting that Marcel Theo Hall, a.k.a. Biz Markie has passed away at the age of 57 due to complications of his Type 2 Diabetes, which he had been battling since last year.

According to a family member, Biz passed away in a Baltimore hospital at 6:25 PM Friday night.
