Bobby Shmurda Explains Why Joyner Lucas Is This Generation's Master P

In his recent interview with The Party Starters Podcast, Bobby Shmurda made headlines after he compared going independent to drug dealing. 

He also made another comparison that some might find interesting, which can be heard at the 12:30 mark. 

“The sh*t that I hate about the industry, is they don’t talk about Joyner Lucas,"said Bobby. "Why the f*ck don’t we talk about him? He can sit in his house and actually make a quarter-million [dollars] a month off his sh*t that he’s putting out ... You got n*ggas like Joyner Lucas, n*ggas don’t talk about him. I’m always gonna talk about that n*gga, because he put a light… He’s like a Master P of our generation."
