Bobby Shmurda & 'Girlfriend' Plead Not Guilty To New Weapons Charges

Bobby Shmurda is in big trouble, whether or not Flavor Flav bails him out of jail.

The 20-year old was already facing 25 years in prison on gang conspiracy and gun charges.  Now he faces seven more for an incident last month in which a girlfriend, Kimberly Rousseau, passed him a shiv during a jailhouse visit.

Yesterday, Shmurda plead not guilty to the additional charges of promoting prison contraband, perjury and criminal possession of a weapon.

His next hearing on those charges, which will be tried separately, will be in October.

Earlier this week, Rousseau plead not guilty to promoting prison contraband and a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a weapon. She also faces seven years in prison.
