Boosie Badazz Says He Will Sue Over Arrest

Boosie Badazz was arrested earlier this week for an onstage fight he was involved in during a Legendz of the Streetz tour stop in Atlanta.

He was charged with criminal damage to property, inciting a riot, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass -- two felonies and three misdemeanors.

He spent the night in jail and then made bail.

Now he's threatening to sue over his arrest.

"Boy, I'm finna sue the f*ck out of them," Boosie claimed. "Take me to jail for defending myself?"

On the bright side, he did get to spend some time with YFN Lucci when he was locked up.

"I f*cked with Lucci all night," Boosie reported. "Me and Lucci -- I went and f*cked with Lucci all night, man. It was good seeing Lucci."

Lucci is facing murder and RICO charges and has been denied bail.  Boosie was kicked off The Legendz of the Streetz tour after the Atlanta incident.
