Obviously, some rap fans like simple A-B-C, 1-2-3 rhymes, others prefer verses that provoke thought and display writing skills.
Earlier this week, someone from the latter group of fans criticized BossMan Dlow's flow, saying he sounds the same on every song.
That person also brought up GloRilla's cut "Step," off her new Glorious album, which features the Florida rapper.
"Aye my mans @bossman_dlow why all your music sound the same?" the fan wrote. "Why you get on Glo track and it sound like you merge your damn song! GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE. I love you, though, But switch it up PLEASE & THANK YOU."
BossMan then shot back.
"Yall tell me switch it up, im trynna figure out like I thought everybody had their own sound, wat yall want me to bust out and rap like Kendrick Lamar? Dumb Ass," he wrote.
After that, BossMan launched into a Kendrick impression by rhyming big words together.
"I Get Very Malyrical," he rapped.
Would you like to hear more rappers be lyrical like Kendrick, J. Cole, or say a Cordae?
