Most artists don't reveal the people who've ghostwritten for them, but Bow Wow has. He did it during an interview with genius and dropped both famous names and some names you've probably never heard of.
"Kurupt wrote my first song ever," he explained. "Brat, J.D. of course, my man Slim from Queens, we do a lot of stuff together. And my man Rock from Newark. I got a lot of East Coast niggas that I got on my squad."
Bow then said that he once gave Jadakiss a lot of money to write songs for him, because he was too busy to pen them himself.
"When I was living in New York and hosting 106 & Park ... I was so busy, I just didn't have time to get to the studio ... So I reached out to Kiss, like, 'Yo, I ain't got time, my nigga ... I'll up the bag. I need 10 things, crazy, ASAP.'"
Bow also said T.I. wrote for him.
What's your stance on ghostwriters these days? Do you mind if rappers use them or no?
