Casanova is accused of being a member of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation, and he along with 17 other members were charged with racketeering, murder, narcotics, firearms, and fraud at the top of the week.
Authorities couldn't find the Brooklyn rapper at first, making him an official fugitive. That's no longer the case because Cas turned himself in to Manhattan's Midtown South precinct on Wednesday night. The other 17 people who were charged were already in custody.
Casanova's legal team hasn't responded to the charges yet, but a statement of some sort is probably forthcoming. Things certainly don't look good for the Behind These Scars rhymer. We'll have to see what happens next.
