Casanova and multiple other  Gorilla Stone Nation are facing federal charges including attempted murder, racketeering, and drug trafficking.

Cas, who's being held without bail and is struggling in jail, is facing "significant jail time."

One of Cas's 17 co-defendants is facing the death penalty.   The Feds say Brandon “Stacks” Soto participated in the September 21, 2020 Poughkeepsie, New York murder of a 15-year-old named Jalani Jones.

Soto wasn't the triggerman but drove the unidentified upstate, and then ferried him back to Brooklyn.

The Feds say recovered messages from Soto’s Instagram account and cellphones detail his involvement in the murder.

The Gorillas are accused of drug dealing and gun running up and down the East Coast and into upstate New York.
