Chance The Rapper Says Justin Bieber Is Michael Jackson Level

Chance The Rapper and Justin Bieber are collaborators, most recently on Bieber's new track 'Holy.'

That's going to be on Bieber's next album, which Chance has heard.

In fact, Chance is so impressed with what he heard that he compared it to Michael Jackson's breakout album Off the Wall.

"I feel like we should talk about how fire your album is," Chance said, while talking to Bieber.  "I will say, this is no cap at all, I said this to you in Chicago, it's some of the best music I've heard, period. It reminds me of when Michael Jackson made Off The Wall. Everybody's that's listening.  I promise you, it's literally groundbreaking music. It's just hard to explain.  I don't want to give away the genres, you just went crazy."
