Charlamagne has a long history of Eminem skepticism.

His basic premise is that while Em is one of the biggest artists in modern music history, he gets no love in the streets or the clubs (Black people.)

He seems to have taken that premise several steps too far in a resurfaced clip in which he declares that Tekashi 6ix9ine, among others, could beat Shady in a Verzuz.

“Em gets washed in any Verzuz bro, y’all gon’ stop it. Em don’t have the songs like that. Em can rap, and we like Em as a rapper. ... Future washes Eminem in Verzuz, CTG said, a then responded to Andrew Schultz bringing up Tekashi 6ix9ine. “Em don’t got nothing that slap like ‘Gummo’ to these kids. Yo, Young Thug washes Eminem in a Verzuz. ... I can name 20 rappers that wash Eminem in a Verzuz.”

CTG did concede that critical darling Kendrick Lamar would also struggle in a Verzuz because of a lack of bangers-- but would still beat Eminem.

Do think Future and Young Thug could beat Em in a Verzuz, let alone 6ix9ine?
