People online are mourning the death of Julio Foolio, who was shot and killed early Sunday morning in Tampa, Florida, while he was celebrating his 26th birthday. But Charleston White isn't one of those folks.

Instead, the controversial internet personality said no one should be mourning Foolio's death due to the gang activity he was involved in.

Foolio and his Bully Gang have been beefing with Yungeen Ace and his crew ATK for years now.

"I knew they was going to get him 'cause the boy worked hard to die," White claimed. "That boy worked hard to get shot on. Man, he shot his foot off last year  ... N*ggas got his foot shot off. He’s not supposed to be bouncing around on his birthday. Man, get somewhere and sit down and rest that foot and work your hips … Then I’m thinking, 'At the Holiday Inn? What the f*ck?'"

"Man, that n*gga worked hard to die," he continued. "Sh*t, he earned it. Should nobody be sad. The way the n*gga lived and talked gangsta, should nobody be sad for what happened to Julio Foolio. One thing we know about him, he didn’t go to heaven."

What do you think White gets from saying this kind of stuff?
