Mr. Hendrix finally unleashed his commercial mixtape Beast Mode 2 and Meek gave us the EP Legends Of The Summer, his first body of work since getting out of prison.
Did the surprises work?
According to Hits Daily Double, Future's Beast Mode 2 is expected to do 50-60K sales plus streaming in its first week. Meek's Legends Of The Summer is slated for 22-26K SPS, with 4-7K in traditional sales.
Drake's Scorpion, which did a 2018 high 749K in its first week, is expected to finish atop the album charts again in its second week.
