Chris Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos says Breezy's accuser Baylee Curran is full of it.

The hard charging attorney -- who's represented Michael Jackson, Winona Ryder and notorious wife killer Scott Peterson -- also told the LA Times that Brown has “cooperated fully” with police.

Brown was arrested -- but not formally charged -- for suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after Curran accused him of sticking a gun to her head during an argument over jewelry at Brown's Tarzana home. He was released from jail yesterday after posting a $250,000 bond.

According to Geragos, police found neither a gun nor the jewelry during a search of the home, which came after a lengthy standoff in which Brown exercised his right not to let the cops inside.

“It has become apparent that the allegations are not just false but fabricated,” Geragos told the Times.
Using a warrant, police have been able to get security footage from inside of the home. What they see on the tape will probably go a long way to determining whether Brown is charged with a felony that could net him up to four years in jail.

Brown is next due in court on September 20.
