Common's Girl Angela Rye's Been Getting Death Threats Since They Started Dating

Angela Rye, who’s a political analyst on CNN, has been receiving threats ever since she started dating Common. The two became an item earlier this year and have made public appearances together.

According to TMZ, the messages were just bothersome at first but got more serious over time.

The threats named specific locations that Rye and Common visited even though they hadn't made those places known to the public. On Aug. 5 Rye got messaged that seemed to be death threats

“Yr dumb ass gonna be found in a river,” one message read. “Let me catch ya ass. I’m put the paws on ya,” read another.

The LAPD has the screen name of the person who sent the threats and are now going through their social media pages. Neither Rye or Common have spoken publicly about this yet.
