Cowboy's Running Back Joseph Randle Arrested For Stealing Cologne and Underwear

Joseph Randle must have had a big date. The Cowboy's back up running back was arrested last night after trying to steal cologne and underwear from a Frisco, Texas Dillard's department store. Frisco is 35 miles north of Dallas.

The 2013 fifth around draft pick was charged with misdemeanor Class B theft of $50 to $500, according to according to Frisco, Texas police. Randle allegedly took about $80 in cologne and $40 in underwear. He was released on a writ bond at 1:20 Tuesday morning.

Randle was coming of off his best game of the season, rushing for 52 yards on five carries during the Cowboy's surprise win in Seattle. Before the game Cowboy owner Jerry Jones had said he'd like to see Randle get more carries to lessen the burden of DeMarco Murray, who is the NFL's leading rusher.

Randle makes $495,000 a year ($31,895.29 a game.) A small salary by big-time pro sports standards, but a nice chunk of change for the rest of us.

So let's all laugh at Joseph Randle, dumb criminal of the day. But at least he smells nice.
