DaBaby's Alleged Assault Victim Says "Settle Up" Or He Will Sue

DaBaby's past altercations are catching up to him, and now it looks like he may need to pay up or get sued. 

Earlier this month, DaBaby was arrested for assaulting Kenneth Carey and robbing the promoter of $80, his credit card and an iPhone7. He was as also accused of dousing Carey with apple juice.

Now Carey is coming for his wallet. 

According to TMZ, Carey threatened to sue, but his legal team, The Lions' Den, Attorneys at Law, said there's a way to avoid that. 

Carey's lawyers have reached out to DaBaby "in hopes of settling this matter expeditiously."

It looks like DaBaby has until the end of next week to get back to them, and if he doesn't, they will file legal docs and go after DaBaby for damages.
