Dame Dash Explains Why XXXTentacion is Like 2Pac And Biggie

XXXTentacion's shocking death has dominated all things Hip Hop over the past week.

But will it be a tale we tell in 2040?

Dame Dash thinks so. In an interview with AllHipHop, the former Roc-A-Fella boss compared X to Tupac and The Notorious B.I.G.

"But he’s definitely going to be looked at from this 15 to 25-year-old generation as Tupac and Biggie," Dame said.

"There’s going to be movies about the kid, all that. I already know what it’s going to be. Based on the things I’ve seen about him, exactly how he wanted to go down is exactly how he’s going to go down. If he were to lose his life. It’s almost like the power of the spoken word," Dame continued.

"You speak things into existence, but there’s a gift and a curse with that. You got to be careful what you say.

And for some reason, this generation seems to be infatuated with death, and getting there faster, and I don’t understand why."
