In February 2022, DaBaby and his crew issued a bowling alley beatdown on DaniLeigh's brother, Brandon Bills.
Before the incident, Bills and DaBaby had verbally squabbled over DaniLeigh, DaBaby's estranged baby mama.
Bills said that the beatdown left him with a sustained disability and a hefty medical bill and sued DaBaby for assault, negligence, battery, and emotional distress.
He hasn't been able to serve DaBaby with the suit and recently asked a judge if he could do so by posting an ad in a local newspaper.
The judge has yet to rule on that.
When DaBaby is eventually served, Bills will seek $4 million.
