Dave Chappelle hosted Saturday Night Live last night (11/12) and had a lot to discuss.
To open up the show, Chappelle pulled out a piece of paper and read it for the SNL crowd.
"I denounce antisemitism in all its forms. And I stand with my friends in the Jewish community.’ And that, Kanye, is how you buy yourself some time.”
Following that, Chappelle addressed Kanye West, the 2022 midterm elections, Donald Trump, and even got in a few jokes about Herschel Walker.
Chappelle joked that Kanye got in so much trouble that Kyrie Irving got in trouble, referencing all the issues the NBA star is facing right now.
While the 15-minute monologue was full of jokes and laughter, Chappelle did make it clear that he knows Jewish people have been through terrible things, but you can't blame Black Americans for that.
