Last year, David Banner sued Young Money and Lil Wayne.
Banner claimed they owed him $138,787.19 for producing ‘La La’ and ‘Pussy Monster’, which appeared on 2008’s Tha Carter III. He also said he was owed $15,392.57 for ‘Streets is Watchin,’ which was on the 2009 Young Money compilation album.
According to TMZ, Young Money never showed up in court. So the judge just awarded Banner a $164,303.19 default judgment.
At least somebody in the CMYM world besides Birdman is getting paid.
