Def Jam Paid More Than $35K For DMX's Funeral

TMZ has reported that Def Jam paid over $35,000 for DMX's funeral since X was on the label for over 20 years.

It's said the money was given to Brooks Memorial Home Inc. in Yonkers, N.Y., which paid for X's body to be transfered, the funeral home, embalming, flowers and a hearse. Plus, X's casket was $7,450, bringing the entire bill for the funeral to $35,228.13.

As we reported, DMX died on April 9, 2021 after suffering a heart attack that was triggered by a drug overdose. He was 50 years old.
