There's audio footage of DeMarcus Cousins threatening to kill his baby's mother Christy West. 

Cousins got married to his new girlfriend Morgan Lang in Atlanta on August 23, and he made the threat while calling West the day before to ask if their 7-year-old son could come to his wedding. 

"I'm gonna ask you this one more time before I take it to another level," a voice is heard saying on the phone. "Can I have my son here, please?"

West then said the child couldn't come.

"I'm gonna make sure I put a bullet in your f**king head," the voice replied 

West filed a restraining order in Alabama against Cousins and a report with the Mobile Police Department. She told the authorities he said he'd kill her "Even if he didn't have to get his hands dirty doing it." The docs also claim he choked her during a previous incident.
