Lizzo began twerking on Diddy's live stream yesterday, only to stop when Diddy demanded that she be more "family-friendly" on Easter.
This irked a lot of the plus-sized singer's fans, who noticed that Puff didn't shut down Draya Michele when she began twerking.
Lizzo started twerking on Diddy’s IG live & Diddy talking bout stop its Easter Sunday but Draya twerks on that same live & there are no issues. Y’all can’t even hide yall disdain for fat women & I hate it.— Hoodrat Barbie (@ItsssJQ) April 13, 2020
Lmaooooooo Diddy told Lizzo this was a family friendly live when she started twerking. Now, Draya on his live. They playing back that ass up and Draya was shaking that ass and Diddy said nothing😩— 💞Tall Glass of Memphis Water💚 (@antisocialite01) April 13, 2020

Diddy tried to clarify the situation, claiming he stopped Lizzo because the music she picked had curse words in it, not because her dance wasn't size-appropriate.
"There's one thing that I want to make clear. My queen, my sister Lizzo, when I stopped the music, it was because it had a lot of curses in there, not because she was twerking," Puffy said on IG Live today. "She's one of the best twerkers in the world, okay? Let's keep that clear. It wasn't about twerking. You are allowed to twerk on Easter. There was a lot of cursing in the record. And I don't need child services knocking on my door right now, you understand? So that's why I stopped the record. But Lizzo, we love you and everybody stop looking for the negative, look at the positive."
Ya buying that explanation? We are not so sure about it given that Draya was getting down on Puff's Livestream to a track that has a curse word in its title.
For her part, Lizzo has said she's not at all upset with Diddy for telling her to respect the resurrection and stop.
