If you ask Mark Curry, it was a worthess gesture because almost all of the publishing is worthless at this point.
Aubrey O'Day, who was in Puff's girl band Danity Kane, wouldn't even sign the deal to get the publishing back.
Why?
Because it included an NDA that required her not to say anything bad about Diddy, his sons and Bad Boy.
O'Day told the Only Stans podcast that the publishing would have only amounted to a few hundred dollars a year and she could easily make more money saying bad things about Puff and the rest on a show or a documentary.
