Another day, another lawsuit against Diddy.
The latest one is by a man who said he was an aspiring rapper and singer, who performed at a club in Los Angeles in 2015.
He said Diddy showed up with an entourage and promised to speak to him about signing with Bad Boy if he performed well. Later that evening, after the guy had left the stage, he joined Diddy and others in the VIP section.
The aspiring rapper said he saw Diddy and other famous artists using drugs at that point.
Diddy sent him a drink after that, and he blacked out. The guy said he then woke up to Diddy and others having group sex.
He also claimed Diddy spiked his drink with GHB, known as the date rape drug, and Diddy began grabbing his genitals.
The man was drifting in and out of consciousness, according to his lawsuit and believes Diddy performed oral sex on him.
The Bad Boy founder is being sued for sexual battery and conspiracy. His legal team has already responded.
"Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are factually ridiculous or demonstrably false," they said in a statement. "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor."
The man's suit was filed by Tony Buzbee, the same lawyer who's been going at it with Jay-Z after Jay was accused of raping a teenager in 2000.
