DJ Akademiks has been Tekashi 6ix9ine's defender for years.
But he's done doing that.
Ak addressed the video of 6ix9ine getting booed in Miami. AK believes that video may have been doctored, but he doesn't care because 6ix9ine is no longer worth speaking up for.
"I don't have time to argue it anymore. There comes a time you can't fight for someone. I can't want success more than how you want it for you. I'm sorry. At this point, I have nothing more to say in regards to 6ix9ine's situation, he needs to speak for himself. I'm being honest. I've seen this with every artist in the book. And I tell them al the same. I tell Ugly God 'Put out music, put out music,' and he has a million excuses. I can't want it for you ... I've seen n*ggas with three years in the game and they acting like the game needs them ... I tell them cut the ego, kill it. I love 6ix9ine that's my guy. But I tell him 'drop music'. So when people are slandering his name while his fans are waiting for him to drop music it's not incumbent on me to defend him. Whether that video of him getting booed is real or fake, it's not on me to defend him. Not no more. Because I can't defend you with anything that see you doing. You're not dropping music. I will look like a dick-rider if I defend you. So until you drop music, if they say you got booed out the building I have no comment."
