DJ Akademiks Explains Why Kanye West Isn't As Crazy As Some May Think

DJ Akademiks spoke with TMZ yesterday about his recent interview with Kanye West.

Ak first talked about Ye wearing a Ku Klux Klan outfit during their chat, saying the rapper warned him beforehand, but he was still caught off guard.

"I read the text wrong at first," Ak explained. "He was just like, 'I'm wearing my black outfit' and I was like, 'Well, black is my favorite color.' I'm just thinking he's going to wear all black."

The famed streamer then said that Ye isn't as crazy as some might think.

"I have conversations with him on-camera and even off-camera. Even if you disagree he is making some coherent points," he stated.

Later, Ak said that he asked Ye how he's going to continue his music career if companies like Spotify or Live Nation refuse to do business with him because he's siding with the Klan and rocking Swastikas. 

Ak said Ye isn't worried about it and told him he'd find a way.
