DJ and producer DJ Crazy Toones has died today of a heart attack. He was 45.
The LA vet had a career which spanned almost 30 years. For much of the 90s, Toones was in WC & The Maad Circle with his brother WC, and Coolio.
He was most recently Ice Cube's touring DJ.
Toones (Lamar Dupré Calhoun) was also affiliated with Westside Connection and Lench Mob Records.
He was remembered on social media.
