DMX Arrested Again

DMX just can't stay straight with the law.

About a month after getting out of a Buffalo jail for not paying child support, X was dragged to court in Yonkers, NY for a contempt of a court warrant. It was a child support issue again, this time involving his ex-wife (and mother of four of his children) Tashera Simmons.

X was briefly jailed.  But when he faced the judge he made the logical argument that he wouldn't be able to make money to pay his obligations while in prison. The judge agreed and X was released without bail. But he'll have to be in court again next month to work out his issues with Tashera.

And we don't think they're going to let this poor sap pay X's alimony.
