DMX Cancels Dates For Medical Emergency

We have bad but not surprising news concerning DMX.

The 46 year old cancelled his show last night Santa Ana, CA because of a "medical emergency.

He has also postponed shows Los Angeles and San Diego later this week.

X sparked concern last Friday when he delivered an erratic performance during a Ruff Ryders Reunion show. Sources tell TMZ it's because he was drinking heavily.

Folks in X's inner circle now fear it could be part of a broader relapse.

Fingers crossed for X, who's long struggled with substance abuse.
