DMX Explains Why Other Earl Simmons Needs To Pay His Child Support

Last week we learned that DMX caught a break on his latest child support issues when the state of Florida sent another Earl Simmons (this one lives in Massachusetts) a notice demanding he start paying X's baby mama for the two kids she has with the rapper.

It's a situation we suspect will get worked out. But for now DMX has no sympathy for his name twin. In fact X -- who just got out of prison for a different child support snafu -- is wondering why the other Earl Simmons isn't in jail.

OK, we're pretty sure X is joking here when he suggests another man should pay for his children. We're also pretty sure the 44-year old wouldn't pass a piss test.
