DMX Hospitalized After Collapsing

When we last checked in on DMX he was giving humorous advice to a beggar.

This story is a little more scary.

Last night, X collapsed outside of his room at the Ramada Inn in his hometown of Yonkers, New York.

They're saying it was an asthma attack, and his entourage wasn't able to get him his inhaler in time. He was rushed to the hospital, where he received breathing treatments.

DMX has a history of asthma problems.

The 45-year old is scheduled to do a show this Saturday in Reading, PA. Hopefully he will be feeling well enough to make it.

Update: When the cops first arrived, DMX was "lifeless and not breathing with no pulse." Witnesses say he had ingested a white powder before collapsing. The police gave him Narcan, an antidote to narcotic ODs, and X became semi-conscious.

He's still in the hospital, listed in stable condition.
