As far as we know, Kanye West's Donda 2 will still be dropping on 2/22/22.
And it will only be available on Ye's stem player, which costs 200 bucks.
He jumped on Instagram last night to announce this strategy.
"Donda 2 will only be available on my own platform, the Stem Player. Not on Apple Amazon Spotify or YouTube. Today artists get just 12% of the money the industry makes. It’s time to free music from this oppressive system. It’s time to take control and build our own. Go to stemplayer.com now to order," Kanye typed.
Do you think this gambit will work, or will Ye end up running back to the streamers when nobody listens to his album?
